Exchange and refund (s)
Always inform FLASKE via email@example.com in case you want to return an item, or if you are eligible for a refund. We ask you to do this before returning the item
Our policy applies for the first 14 days after purchase of the product. After these 14 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to qualify for a refund of the purchase price *.
In order to qualify for a refund of the purchase price, your FLASKE must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it **.
* Any item returned after 14 days is not eligible for a refund of the purchase amount.
** Any item that is not returned in its original condition, eg due to damage, missing parts, etc. for which FLASKE is not responsible, is not eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
When your item has been received and checked, you will receive an email stating that FLASKE has successfully received your returned item. We will keep you informed about the status (approved / rejected) of your returned item.
In the case of an approved return shipment, your payment will automatically be returned on your credit card / initial payment form. Please note, it may take a few days for the returned amount to be credited.
Late or missing refunds
In the event that you have not yet received a refund, we ask you to check your bank account first. It may take a few days for the returned amount to be credited. When in doubt, we advise you to contact your bank / credit card company.
If this is not the case, and you still have not received any payment from FLASKE, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org .
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items bought in the sale. Also, items bought in the sale are not eligible for refund of the purchase price.
FLASKE reserves the right to only exchange items if they are damaged or broken on delivery. If you want to exchange this for the same item, please contact us via email@example.com . You can send the damaged / broken item to:
