FLASKE uses SendCloud as a partner for shipping. All shipping services used by FLASKE provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.

Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. FLASKE does not deliver to P.O. Box address.
If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, and the package is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
We do our very best to synchronize the website stock with our stock, although some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. If this happens, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC, Bancontact/Mister cash, Sofort banking and direct bank transfers.
Orders that are shipped outside of the Netherlands may include customs legislations. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

Returns and Refund
Always inform us on email@example.com if you want to return or refund an item before sending it to us.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
